PILOT TOWN เกิดขึ้นมาจากจินตนาการ ที่ต้องการเห็นบ้าน ซึ่งเป็นบริเวณพื้นที่แห่งความสุข เต็มไปด้วยรอยยิ้ม ความสนุกสนาน ความสบายใจ และมีความเชื่อที่ว่า ธรรมชาติ คือ ส่วนสำคัญของชีวิต จึงมีความตั้งใจนำธรรมชาติ คือ แสงสว่าง (Light) ลม (wind) ต้นไม้ (Tree) เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของบ้าน โดยได้ถ่ายทอดจินตนาการภายใต้แนวคิดความมีเอกลักษณ์และแตกต่าง “UNIQUE & DIFFERENT” ผ่านไปยังสถาปนิกมืออาชีพ เพื่อทำจินตนาการนั้นให้เกิดขึ้นจริง
